Farm Time

Sam and I are volunteering our time helping with farm as part of 4H. We put the animals to bed one night and week and get them up and fed on another morning. Sometimes we have to take the other girls. Other times Sam has been sick and Kailynn has gone with me.

The first time we were clueless on how to get chickens to bed. . David met the girls and I out at the animals so we could feed the dog and put the chickens to sleep. We tried everything to get these chickens in their pens for the night. David even tried playing chicken music. It turns out, chickens go to bed when it is dark. Really. Sun down and they are all in their pen on their own. It was amusing watching David in a suit trying to herd chickens.
